"Really professional staff"
I had a good experience with Pegasus. The check-in staff and the crew onboard were polite and seemed like they really knew what they were doing. I had a small issue with my bag, and they sorted it out quickly without making it a big deal, which I appreciated. when things are handled that smoothly, you kind of... yeah, I’d fly with them again.

"Refund took way too long"
I canceled my booking and expected the refund to be handled quickly, but it dragged on much longer than I thought it would. The most frustrating part was being told things like “it’s being processed” or “you’ll get it soon” without any clear timeline. Those vague promises didn’t really help, and I had to keep checking back just to figure out what was going on.

"Easy enough to get to, but the transfer signage is a real issue"
The airport was convenient for me to reach and not too far from the city, so that part was fine. But once I got there, the transfer signs were confusing and a bit frustrating. I ended up walking around longer than I should have and had to ask staff for help. It’s not a huge disaster, but it’s the kind of thing that should be fixed before more passengers have the same problem. Overall, it was okay, but I’d definitely like to see the signage improved.

"Schedule Change Alert Arrived at the Worst Possible Moment"
I got the schedule change alert way too late, and it completely threw my plans into chaos. By the time I saw it, there was barely anything I could do except scramble and stress out. it felt like a tiny disaster that could’ve been avoided with a sooner heads-up.

They took longer than I expected to get back to me, which was frustrating, especially since the terms seem to keep changing and it’s hard to know where you stand. To be fair, once they did respond, they sorted my issue out okay in the end.

"BolBol points are actually handy"
I’ve found Pegasus BolBol points to be surprisingly useful, especially if I book early (which I don’t always manage, to be honest). I used them on a domestic trip and got a decent discount, so that was a nice little win. It’s not perfect since some fees still pop up here and there, but overall, the loyalty program does feel like it gives real value.

I booked my cat to travel with Pegasus, the whole thing was a mess. The information at the airport wasn’t clear at all, and the staff kept sending me from one place to another like nobody really knew what was going on. The extra checks took forever too. And the way the pet handling came across felt careless, come on now, people are trusting you with their pets. I definitely wouldn’t book this again

"Good price for my dates"
I looked around on a few different sites and Pegasus had the cheapest fare for the dates I needed. Booking was easy and the ticket price is what made me go with them. I’m happy with what I paid...

I was a bit tired and not in the mood to deal with payment issues, so it was a relief when everything just worked. I booked two flights, paid by card, and it went through on the first try. No strange errors, no double charge, and the ticket email showed up a few minutes later. That was really all I needed

The seats were comfortable and I was able to sleep just fine. I wouldn’t say they were anything super fancy, but to be fair, they did exactly what I needed them to do.

"Pretty handy for most of my trips"
Overall, I’ve been happy with the routes they offer since they cover a lot of the places I usually need to go. I do wish some of the smaller routes were available more consistently, because every now and then that makes planning a bit tricky. Still, for most of my trips, it’s been convenient and reliable enough that I keep using it.

"Check-in was okay, but slower than others"
Online check-in did work eventually, but it took me a few tries and the page was slow. It wasn’t a huge problem, just a bit frustrating when you’re already getting ready for a flight. I’ve used other airlines’ check-in systems that felt quicker and smoother, so this one could definitely be improved.

"The snacks were better than I expected..."
The snacks were better than I expected on such a short flight. The sandwich actually tasted fresh, which was a nice surprise. Nice. The coffee was just okay though, nothing special. Meh. Prices felt a little high, but the crew was quick and friendly enough. Overall, fine.

I booked my flight on flypgs and, to be fair, it did get the job done. The pages were slow to load, and the payment step took longer than it probably needed to, but sure, I guess patience is part of the experience. I did get my confirmation in the end, so overall it was okay.

"Boarding was well organized"
I flew with Pegasus after booking through flypgs.com, it was a good experience overall. I’m grateful it went more smoothly than I was expecting, especially for a budget flight.
The boarding process was actually quite organized. They called groups, and most people seemed to follow the instructions. There was a little bit of waiting around near the gate, but it never felt too chaotic.
The staff were clear enough with directions, and the line moved at a decent pace. It wasn’t perfect, but I appreciated how manageable everything felt. I’d give it 4 stars...

I missed my transfer and reached out for help, but the support I got was limited. To be fair, I know travel issues can get messy and it may not have been entirely on them, but I still felt like they could’ve done more to help me figure out my options.

Flew with Pegasus last week, and the plane was clean. Compared to some other budget flights I’ve been on, this one felt a lot better kept. No crumbs around my seat, the tray table looked like it had actually been wiped, and even the toilet stayed decent during the flight. The cabin also smelled fresh enough, not like old food or stale air. It’s a small thing, but it definitely made the trip more comfortable.

I booked my flight through flypgs, it was smooth. The website loaded quickly, and I didn’t have to click around forever to find the ticket options. The app is easy to use too. I checked in in just a few minutes. It’s nothing super fancy, but it does what it needs to do, and that was enough for me.
